| Ordering Information
Due to many of our items being one-of-a-kind, we do not offer shopping carts and automatic checkout. We believe the personal contact through e-mail, fax, or phone will be a better service, advising you quickly of the availability of an item. After using the following procedure, you will know if your selection is still available and you can be assured your purchase will be held and shipped out upon receipt of payment. |
| Please follow these procedures when ordering: |
| 1. | Make a note of the item number(s) of the product(s) you wish to purchase and e-mail us by clicking on the "Send Orders and Questions to BTGIFTS@fuse.net" at the bottom of any department page or below and listing the number(s) and a brief description. Or, click here to go to an order form that you can print out and fax your order to 513-724-9777 |
| 2. | We will reply to your e-mail or fax answering any questions, confirming that the item(s) is still available, and confirming the total of your purchase ( Orders being shipped to Ohio must add 6.5% sales tax). |
| 3. | After you receive our message confirming the availability, you can choose one of the following payment options: |
| a. | Pay by credit card by e-mailing or faxing your name, card number and expiration date. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. | |
| b. | Mail us a cashier's check, money order, or your credit card information (if you do not feel comfortable e-mailing or faxing your credit card information but prefer to pay by credit card, you can choose to mail the information to us). We will send your item(s) out immediately upon receipt of any of the above. | |
| c. | Mail a personal check. Please allow 7-10 days for the check to clear. Shipment will be made as soon as your check clears. |
| 4. | After choosing the type of payment you prefer, please e-mail or fax us confirming your order and advising the following information: |
| a. | Type of payment. If you are paying by credit card, please include the type of card, card number, expiration date, and the name as it appears on the credit card. | |
| b. | Your name and address. | |
| c. | Shipping address if your purchase is being shipped to a different address. |
| Your purchase will be taken out of available stock and held for receipt of payment. | |
| 5. | Our mailing address is: Baskets & Treasures Gift Shop, 209 W. Main St., Williamsburg, Ohio 45176. |
| 6. | If you would like your order sent to another address as a gift, please advise that it is a gift and we will not include a copy of the order invoice. The invoice/shipping confirmation will be mailed to you separately. You can also choose to mail us a greeting card to be enclosed with your gift or we would be glad to prepare one for you. Just tell us what type of card you would like and how you want it signed. |

| Satisfaction Guaranteed A happy customer is a repeat customer!! All products sold from our web site are guaranteed 100%. If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction, we request that you return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of your purchase date with a letter explaining why it is being returned and your preference for exchange or refund. Your account will be credited (if paid by credit card) and an exchange may be shipped in replacement per your request or a refund will be made on check or money order purchases per your request. For return made due to a buyer's change of mind (not an error in shipping), shipping costs will not be refunded. If return is made due to error in shipping, we will refund both shipping charges. NO Returns Will Be Accepted If the Product Has Been Used By the Buyer. All items must be returned to Baskets and Treasures Gift Shop within 15 days of purchase. All sales are considered final 15 days from date of purchase. |
